Nompilo joined VH in September 2020.
She was previously employed in the Litigation Department at SBM Attorneys Inc where she was exposed to the following areas of law: Commercial litigation, High Court Banking Law (Foreclosure, Defended matters) and Collections.
Nompilo has a good working knowledge of the Rules of Court and is proficient in drafting.
Apart from litigation, as a Junior Associate, she was exposed to conveyancing where she was trained at the Deeds Offices – Department of Rural Development and Land Reform and specifically on the registration, drafting and execution of mortgage and sectional title bonds, deed of transfers, cancellations of bonds and various applications regarding deeds.
She is currently an associate in the litigation department, where she deals with Banking Law – foreclosures, specifically matters that have become defended and matters that are complex.
She graduated from the University of Pretoria.
