Nicole is an associate at Van Hulsteyns, having joined the firm as a candidate attorney in 2015. She spent the first year of her articles in the firm’s litigation department, assisting with complex banking related and general commercial litigation. She spent her second year of articles in the firm’s Conveyancing and Commercial departments and worked closely with two of the firm’s partners. Nicole is currently employed in the firm’s litigation department where she focuses mainly on civil litigation, asset recovery, banking and finance.  Nicole holds an LLB degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Law, both obtained from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2014 and 2015 respectively. Nicole also completed a debt counselling course with Compuscan in 2015.
