Marcia holds an LLB degree from the University of Johannesburg and is also an admitted Notary. Marcia completed her articles of clerkship at Dasoo Attorneys and was subsequently admitted as an attorney in 2014. Marcia went onto join DRSM Attorneys as a professional assistant in the conveyancing department where she gained experience with commercial, property and notarial law. She later went on to be appointed as the senior associate and gained experience in asset recovery, banking and foreclosures. During her tenure, the firm was awarded the best performing attorney firm both regionally and nationally. In 2021, Marcia went on to be admitted as a Notary Public and joined Lowndes Dlamini Attorneys as a senior associate in the litigation department with its focus on foreclosures and banking law. Marcia is currently employed as an associate at Van Hulsteyns in the foreclosures department.
